This website is not an E-shop.Most pieces are made to order and can take between 4-8 weeks from point of order to delivery depending on the piece and stock availability.Please contact Silvia T. Jewellery directly for price, availability and payment information regarding the items listed on gallery. All prices are in GBP.

All our jewellery is handmade therefore unique variations will occur. We make every effort in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual product. Colours and textures may vary slightly and sizes are accurate within reason.

For items purchased from stock, where there is a claim of defect or damage is made, please e-mail us within 7 days after receiving. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products. The products shall be returned by the buyer to Silvia T. Jewellery within 14 days of delivery with your own cost, with the condition that the item is strictly unworn and is returned with its original packaging. In the unfortunate event that your product is in fact faulty, we will pay for your return postage. Silvia T. Jewellery will then either give you a full refund or provide a replacement product including delivery charges. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. You remain fully responsible for Silvia T. products until they are received at our premises. Returned items must be sent by recorded delivery as no responsibility can be taken for lost goods in transit.

Made to order and commissioned pieces are exempted from this policy and all sales are non-refundable. Please enquire us for what we can do for you. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the correct size. If we cannot meet to obtain the accurate fitting, most jewellery shops can provide this service.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, designs, all brand names, title of pieces, title of collections, and other intellectual property and material rights, relating to Silvia T. Jewellery are owned by us.

All intellectual property rights associated with items created under the ‘made to order’ or ‘commission’ options are and will remain the property of Silvia T. Jewellery. Any utilisation, reproduction, even partial of the designs, models, brand names, and title of collections or pieces is totally prohibited.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the above is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location, support for publication, or reproduction.
